Currently, the only "On Hold" reason is "Awaiting business response." Oftentimes, there are other valid reasons - and more specific reasons why we are waiting for the business to respond. Additional values in the dropdown will help us more quickly identify the reason without having to search through the Work notes. Suggested values:
Business awaiting client requirements.
Business conducting additional internal discussions.
Business re-evaluating problem being addressed and/or original requirements.
Business requested to put on hold.
SA out of office.
