On the PBI Dashboard, the "Demand Solutioned" count includes demands in Demand Stages = "Awaiting Approval," "Closed Approved," and "Post Solution Rejection." For FSO between 3 Jul - 15 Dec 2021, there were 30. However, there are additional demands solutioned during this time that are in the Demand Stage = "Closed" that are not getting counted in, but should.
Attached is an example of 4 FSO demands that had Solution Plans delivered, although they did not result in Delivery (2 were SP expired and 2 were estimates). They should be included in the count. Perhaps if we include all "Closed" demands that have a USD$ amount in the Invest and/or Operate cost fields, we will catch all of the demands solutioned. For FSO, this would be an increase of 4.
