In FSO, we have numerous requests for the same product and want the same TSM and same Architect assigned to these similar requests in order to process them most efficiently. There is a field to capture "Desired Architect" on the Requirements tab and we are able to complete this field and have the same architect assigned each time. We are seeking to have a new field added to the Requirements tab for "Desired TSM" so that we can request the same TSM for each new, similar request.

As discussed, please use the Task feature for this. We can create a task assigning it to the desired TSM or to someone or a group who can assign the desired TSM. You can update the short description with the wish. The assigned person/group will receive a notification as usual.
