ServiceNow in notification wrong link

Since the launch of the Support SN the link in the notification email for PPEDD approval references to the new instance instead of Business instance

Step 2 - How to Approve/Reject

Disclaimer: Only the Sponsoring PPEDD mentioned in the 'TO' section should approve/reject the intake. If anyone from the CC list approves it, the request will be rejected automatically.

- Click the 'Approve' or 'Reject' button below, which will open an Outlook email. Send the email to auto record the approval/rejection. Feel free to add comments in the body of the email.

- Log into 'ServiceNow' to view the intake record under 'My items'.
