Additional Assessment Questionnaire missing Demand ID

Demand ID should be the unique identifier between the Demand table and "Additional Assessment Questionnaire" table. But the unique identifier is Demand Name.

Or if Demand ID is available in the "Additional Assessment Questionnaire" then it's not available to be selected in the list view in DMA.

Please add or fix this or create a report which has the Demand ID with additional assessment questionnaire.
