Tax UKI Group Approvals bug

If a demand is of UKI Tax --> Regional Specific Demand is set to "No" --> Then the group approvals then UKI specific group approval should not trigger but Tax specific group approval should trigger.

Currently whenever a demand is of UKI (see e.g. - DMND0003482), the group approvals triggers for UKI

    Thanks Sandeep, for bringing this in notice. We can see this is a direct demand, so we will recreate the issue and try to pin-point the exact problem.
