Possible Work Notes Bug

While reviewing DMND0008553, I notices that previous work notes from CBS is now showing that I am the author. Also, the attachment that was either uploaded by the requester or CBS is showing that I uploaded it which is not correct. CBS redirected the intake to Consulting, I (as the OTO member) accepted it and assigned it to myself as the PdM. Screenshot attached.
