Updating "For OTO Approval" View Filter

Please update the "For OTO Approval" view filter to exclude "Cancelled" intakes as well. We only want to see Submitted or PPEDD Qualified in that view.

    @Megan - If we also want to see "Submitted" demands, shall we rename this view? Because currently it says "For OTO approval" but submitted demands are not yet ready for OTO approval. Otherwise, we can remove the Submitted demands from the view and only keep PPEDD Qualified demands. Thoughts?
