Additional requirement of a dropdown as "ADO vs FSET Backlog Mismatch" in SPR section

When demands move to the Approved stage these fields would come.

If selected as Yes, then we need another two text fields to update the comments. The name of the fields will be

%Percentage: What is the percentage of mismatch

and Comments.

Also, we need an additional text field named as Product Team Comments. This text field should be below the ADO vs FSET Backlog Mismatch dropdown.

Need to check the feasibility if comments can be added as new fields.
