I WOULD LIKE the DMA tool to send the post-closure feedback survey after every demand to both the requester / submitter and the Product Manager listed in the stakeholder tab
SO THAT will allow us to identify potential improvement areas by demand type, service lines, service approaches, and other parameters.
Background:
Nowadays I understand the feedback survey post closure of a demand is sent only to the requester / submitter and only 50% of the time.
Having feedback information for every demand and from the 2 key stakeholders which are the submitter and the PdM (PdM not necessarility is the person doing the submit of the original snow Idea/demand) will allow to get much better insights on what service/sub-service lines, which service approachs, which technologies and other aspects we may have to focus to improve. Having this level of detail will allow us to make quicker decisions rather than wait longer time to detect the patterns.
