Include the Service Approach sub-category field in the "All Demands" view
AS a DMA User I would like to be able to filter in the "All Demands" view by the field/column Service Approach sub category which is currently not present So that I can review past demands with similar service approaches for reusability purposes

You should be able to set filters and create custom reports. I will ping you to show you.
Here are in the steps in the interim
Access DM - ALL Demands
Click pm gear icon to remove or add columns
Click on Filter icon above the gear to setup your specify report
