Notification: Requestor's email/User experience should contain Next Steps

Can the emails be updated with a workflow or content regarding next steps and time duration.

    Shubhra is currently working on redesign for Idea submission. Progress view already exist and stage and will be part of stage 2. We will discuss the design during WG with Megan on 9/7.

    Thanks for the additional information! I recommend this is brought up for the WG to discuss. We can also see if any of the planned enhancements will address the feedback concerns.

    Hi Megan,

    This is the email that is triggered to the requestor when an idea is submitted. We had a brief call with Jonathan Barnard (UK/I) who submitted this feedback. So from there, we got to know it is not only about the email notification but the whole experience of a requestor. His suggestion was to make the user experience more intuitive and informative both during idea submission and after submission of the idea to know next steps.
