Suggestions for Solution Plan Review, Awaiting approval stage and PPEDD approval

As per the feedbacks from business approvers, sometimes some minor changes need to happen on the solution plan. In this scenario, PdMs don’t send the demand back to Estimation as it might take only a few days like 2 to 7 days for TSM to rework.

1. 1. Multiple times a demand going back to Estimation stage is not helpful since it becomes difficult to calculate SLA.

   2. Currently, demand gets auto-completed from the day demand is moved to awaiting approval stage to 90th day. Suggestion: It should start from the day the approval is requested from PPEDD. CT DMA needs to provide an option to track this activity or auto-identify from the work-notes.

   3. Suggestion: it will be helpful if the demand comes to awaiting approval stage only after the solution plan revisions and updated with final plan.
