CT DMA - Group approver and escalation updates

Please advise on the process to get the “Group approver” and 2nd and 3rd escalation contacts updated. I am the 1st escalation contact but need to get all the other contact fields updated due to recent changes in our team.

    Hi Prerna,

    Please raise an SR for it.

    Refer to our WIKI’s FAQ - FAQs (ey.com) and see 6th point - 6. How to Add or Remove members in ServiceNow Groups?

    Please note the action before raising such an SR i.e. the prerequisites mentioned in the FAQ for faster closure.

    • Here you will get a file that needs to be updated with email ids to be removed and added/updated.

    • You can send an email to the group approver and get approval and attach it to the SR
