Need to see the total demands by RTH only in the SNOW Dashboard. Currently, if you select RTH 'All' and leave SL "None" - the results will show zero entries. Is there a way to fix this logic or add a Total Demand Count on the RTH graph?
For qualified state – the User Guide states, this state is where the demand is approved, deferred, or rejected. How can I see this breakdown in the SNOW PBI report?
I’d like to ask for your assistance on how to retrieve an idea in DMA? IDEA0004777 had been accidentally deleted and we need to retrieve it to turn into a demand.

Please advise on the process to get the “Group approver” and 2nd and 3rd escalation contacts updated. I am the 1st escalation contact but need to get all the other contact fields updated due to recent changes in our team.
